MagnusMinds built HotelCRM as an end-to-end buyer portal for a major hospitality products manufacturer — simplifying the procurement process for hotel brands by enabling direct self-service ordering through pre-approved product lines, eliminating the lengthy stakeholder approval cycle that previously delayed purchases.

The Challenge
The client needed a digital ordering system to replace a manual process — allowing users to register buyer accounts, enter product specifications, and receive quotes. Separately, brand hotel customers needed a streamlined way to purchase pre-approved product lines without running every item by internal stakeholders before making a purchase.
Our Solution
MagnusMinds created a system that allows users to register a buyer account, enter specifications for the product they are looking for, and receive a quote. We also built a database allowing brand hotel customers to shop through specific product lines pre-approved by their brand — shortening the buying process by eliminating the need for stakeholder sign-off before purchase. The platform includes an admin dashboard, support communication tools, category classification, QC product checking, and buyer/supplier profile registration.
