Using Angular (for Front-End) and ASP.NET MVC Core (for Back-End), MagnusMinds developed Local Order Cart — a Mobile Application and Web Platform in which Admin and Merchant can connect the customers to the Local Store Retailers to place orders without going to the local store.
In Local Order Cart, the customer can place an order on the app and the merchant can schedule a one-time-pickup delivery at a rush-free hour and can also deliver at the doorstep if the delivery options are facilitated by the merchant. For Local Order Cart, we created a Hybrid Application using Ionic. For the Web Application, we designed and developed using Angular 10. We also set up Project Infrastructure for API Management and Security.

The Challenge
Local retailers lacked a digital platform to connect with customers and process orders efficiently. Without a dedicated app, customers had to visit physical stores in person, and merchants had no way to manage delivery scheduling or communicate order status. The client needed a unified mobile and web solution that could serve admins, merchants, and customers — all while supporting contact-free shopping and flexible delivery options.
Our Solution
MagnusMinds built a complete hybrid platform: a native mobile application using Ionic for contact-free customer ordering, an Angular 10 web application for admin and merchant management, and an ASP.NET MVC Core backend with SQL Server for data management. The platform enables customers to place orders from local stores through the app, merchants to schedule one-time-pickup or doorstep delivery, and administrators to manage the full catalog and merchant network. API Management and Security infrastructure was also set up for the project.
